Tennis Courts
The Newport Yacht Club has three uncovered outdoor tennis courts available for use by Active Resident and Active Associate members of the Club and their invited guests. Tennis courts may not be reserved; they are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tennis Team
The Newport Yacht Club has a summer team in the Junior Eastside Tennis League, and is open to players from age 8 to 16, whatever their skill level.

Practices are held Monday through Thursday mornings, with matches on Fridays. The first turnout is in mid-June and practices continue through the end of July or early August. Details of the summer schedule are availalbe on the "Neighbor Pages" section of the web site. The team is open to NYC Active Resident and Active Associate members only.

Tennis Lessons
The tennis coach is also available for private lessons to Active and Associate members of any age. Lessons can be taught individually or in a group of your choosing. Call the Club for fees and to arrange for private lessons.
