This article contains the Marina lease and slip license agreements. Purchasers of a slip license sign the 75-Year License Agreement; other slip renters sign a 1-Year Lease Agreement, 6-Month Lease Agreement (this is only available for limited slips in the marina) or a Marina Sub-Lessee Agreement.
