This article contains the Protective Covenants for Newport Shores, the Bylaws for the Newport Yacht Club, and the Articles of Incorporation for the Newport Yacht Club. (The Proctective Covenants are also known as the CC&R's.)

Both the Protective Covenants and the NYC Bylaws were updated by a vote of the neighborhood on December 14, 2004.
